Ian Gershengorn defended the Affordable Care Act for the Department of Justice all over the nation. It was awesome to sit in court and watch him articulate the various ways the federal government failed to engage in reasoned decisionmaking when it approved the harmful changes Kentucky Governor wants to make to Kentucky's Medicaid program.
